Day 1: Cusco – Aguas Calientes

Our program begins with the pick-up of your Hotel for its subsequent transfer to the train station in Ollantaytambo for approximately 1 hour 30 minutes, where we will board the half-day train that takes us to the town of Aguas Calientes for 1 hour with 45 minutes
On the route we will observe the spectacular beauty of nature and abundant flora typical of the area, crossing the captivating landscape of the sacred valley of the Incas.
Arriving at the town of Aguas Calientes a cozy place, the staff of the Hotel will be waiting for you upon arrival at the train station who will transfer and install them in the Hotel and we will have the afternoon free to visit the town (optionally we can enjoy the thermal baths from this place or the site museum of Machu Picchu).
In the evening we will have a meeting with our guide at the hotel to coordinate the climb schedule to Machupicchu.

Day 2: Aguas Calientes – Machu Picchu – Cusco

Very early after breakfast at the hotel we will board the bus from Aguas Calientes to Machupicchu, approximately 30 minutes, arriving at this Archaeological complex we dive into the enigmatic beauty and the incomparable sample of Architectural and Hydraulic perfection of the Inca culture.
We will have a guided tour for approximately 2 hours of this great and imposing attraction that is one of the 7 wonders of the modern World.
Visiting the most important areas of the Sanctuary such as the Temple of the Sun, the Intihuatana, the Sacred Rock, Temple of the Three Windows, among other places of interest important to you.
After the guided excursion you will have free time to visit Machu Picchu with more details, if you want to do the Huayna Picchu or Machupicchu Mountain hike (both places must be booked in advance also has an extra cost).
Later we descend to the town of Aguas Calientes by bus, to enjoy your lunch with tranquility and in the afternoon take our train that will take us to Ollantaytambo place where the transfer with our tourist transport that will take us back to the city of Cusco will wait for us.

NOTE: Entrance to Huaynapicchu must confirm at the time of making your reservation and is subject to availability of quotas. (maximum 400 seats per day, first group 200 seats from 7:00 – 8:00 am. and second group 200 seats from 10:00 – 11:00 am.).
