At Mapis Explorer, we offer several options so our customers can make their payments safely and conveniently:
1. Bank Transfer
- You can make a direct transfer to our bank account in local currency (PEN) or US dollars (USD).
- Bank account details will be sent by email upon confirmation of your reservation.
- All bank charges associated with the transfer must be covered by the customer.
2. Payment by Credit/Debit Card
- We accept payments with Visa, MasterCard, and American Express credit and debit cards.
- Card payments may be subject to an additional 5% fee, depending on the payment platform’s policies.
3. PayPal
- International payments can also be made through PayPal.
- For PayPal payments, a 5% additional fee will apply to cover transaction costs.
4. Cash Deposit
- Local customers also have the option of making a cash deposit into our local bank accounts.
- If you’re making a cash deposit, please send us proof of payment to complete your reservation.
5. Payments at the office
- Customers located in Cusco can visit us at our office to make payments in cash or by card.
- We recommend that you schedule a visit in advance to ensure we can provide you with the care you need.
6. Payment terms
- Full payment must be made at least 7 days before the tour start time to confirm your reservation. If full payment is not received, Mapis Explorer, reserves the right to cancel your reservation.
