Inka Jungle to Machupicchu 4 Days
Day 1: Cusco – Abra Malaga – Santa María
We will start with pick-up of your hotel at (7:30 – 7:45). To begin our 3-hour bus ride through beautiful places along the sacred valley, our first stop will be the Inca city living in Ollantaytambo, where we will have free time.
First day, we reached the highest point of our “Abra Málaga” route (4316 msnm). From there, our adventure begins the descent by bike on this tour. We will see archaeological centers such as Huamanmarca and Inka Carcel and Changing the landscape of the Andes into the jungle, this activity ends in the city of HUAMANMARKA, where we will taste a lunch. The trip continues to Santa María, where there is the possibility of canoeing for 2 hours on the Urubamba River for over 1200 m.t.s.m. (This activity has an additional optional cost).

Day 2: Santa María – Thermal Baths – Santa Teresa
Breakfast and then we will start walking along the banks of the Urubamba River along the way. You will see various varieties of fruit plants such as mango, orange, pineapple and coffee, coca, wildlife, and we can see local medicinal plants with different functions that locals use to cure their ailments.
After 2 hours of walking, we will enter the original Inca Trail, which is the highest point 1758 m.s.n.m. of pure stone. From this point you can see the Salkantay with snow, then we will walk another 2 hours to Q’ellomayo where we will have lunch at a country restaurant.
Then the road continues along the river bank to the Cocalmayo Hot Springs. Before reaching the thermal baths, we will pass an oroya used by the locals. In the thermal baths we will have 1 hour to walk 45 minutes or if you wish you can take a car that is not included, the value is 5 soles (may vary). Dinner and accommodation in Santa Teresa.

Day 3: Santa Teresa – Hidroelectica – Aguas Calientes
This day you can practice zip lining or zip lining. (This activity is additional and optional) and then we will walk to the river, and from the lookout to the river we can see the old town of Santa Teresa which was destroyed by the child phenomenon in 1998, then we will cross the oroya to head for the waterfall. Colpani, if you wish, can bathe in the waterfall surrounded by fruit trees.
After the road is flat for another 5 hours, on the road you can see the San Miguel, Putucusi Mountains and the visit to Mandor Falls, on this day you will be able to see the silhouette of the impressive ruins of the Machu Picchu hydroelectric lunch and then We will continue to the city of Machu Picchu (Aguas Calientes). Dinner and hostel.
Day 4: Aguas Calientes – Machupicchu – Cusco
On this day, you must wake up very early at 4:30 pm. walk to Machu Picchu 1 hour 20 minutes approx. up the stairs and to see the sunrise, you will visit the most important places such as Inti Watana, the Temple of the Condor, the sacred rock and others, the guided tour is approximately 2 hours. You’ll have free time to explore the citadel on your own if you want to climb Huayna Picchu or Machupicchu mountain (both places must be reserved in advance and also have an extra cost).
The climb to Huayna Picchu takes approximately 45 minutes. Of course it is worth doing because of the magnificent views from the top. In the afternoon we return to the city of Aguas Calientes to catch the train to Ollantaytambo, then by bus to Cusco arriving at 20:00 pm aprox.
